Blazers Trade Rumors (Channing Frye for David Lee (Knicks))

Knicks consider trade to bring back Marcus Camby

There was a report of the Knicks being involved in a deal that would send Quentin Richardson to the Clippers and Lee to Portland, with the Knicks getting back Camby and former Knicks first-round pick Channing Frye. Walsh, however, denied having discussed that trade with the Clippers and Blazers.

Do the Blazers need another front court guy?

this trade sounds really good for all three teams, Wilson Chandler is a legit starting forward for the Knicks,so parting with Q wouldn’t really make too big of a difference.
and getting Frye and Camby BACK would be beneficial to them

Portland could really use David Lee(you gotta love this guy)
i’m pretty sure any team would love to have him, but Portland really needs toughness and skill for there team
and parting with Channing Frye for Lee..i see as being an upgrade

and the clips dont really need camby, when they already have Kamen and Zach Randolph

this trade could make all 3 teams ALOT better

Yes they do. Until Oden can get his fowling under control, its all up to pryzbilla. Adding Lee would definitly be appreciated and take some pressure off. I hope the blazers dont trade bayless though, hes got a future

DO NOT TRADE CHANNING FRYE. HE WILL BECOME DOMINANT IF HE GETS JUST A LITTLE MORE TIME

im a die hard blazers fan
i undrstand channing frye could be dominant
but there’s no time for him to play
he’s 3rd in the center rotation
and behind aldrige in the 4 rotation.
lee is an explosive player that could be the missing link
for a surging blazers team to a playoff win.
i like the frye deal, but hope they keep bayless
